KSC Three-phase:

We offer low voltage(90~240V)and high voltage(90~480V), selections of load current from 15~80A.

Three-phase solid state relay,

The bottom is coated with heat dissipation silicone grease for surge absorption 7mA, insulation resistance min. 1MΩ.

KSR&KSC:

The color of the screw distinguish the anode and cathode. Colored screws:“+”red, “-”black.

Solid state relay selection:

In general, the principle of selection is followed. In low voltage, the signal distortion is small, and the DC solid state maintenance device with field effect tube as output device can be selected. Such as AC resistance load and most inductive load, can choose zero relay, which can extend the load and relay life, but also can reduce their own radio frequency interference. If used as phase output control, the solid state relay of random type should be selected.

 

Some resistive load just opened when it has "cold low resistance" characteristics, so need special attention, just opened the current, usually 1.2-1.4 times of the lack of current, also like incandescent lamp can reach 10 times the steady state current, need special attention to current;

 

Inductive load because the current lag voltage is 90°, so when the load is off, the back EMF can usually reach about 2 times of the power supply voltage, plus the power supply voltage can reach 3 times, so try to choose high voltage zero-cross type solid relay, such as AC asynchronous motor starting current can reach 5-10 times of the rated current, DC motor is larger

 

Because the voltage at both ends of the capacitor cannot be mutated, similar to "short circuit", all the starting current is relatively large, pay attention to the large current solid state relay when selecting.

 

Test for ZD three-phase solid state relay

Leakage current test

A low voltage of less than 12mA was used for testing

A high voltage of less than 20mA was tested

 

Insulation resistance test

Using the insulation tester, select the DC500V voltage level, and use the tester's pen to test between the KSC solid state relay output and the bottom plate

Test the insulation value, insulation value >1MΩ
